On Tannakian duality over a Dedekind ring and applications

Abstract: We propose a version of Tannakian duality for affine group schemes over Dedekind rings.
This is used to study homomorphisms of flat affine group schemes and to study of the differential Galois group of an integrable connection on a smooth scheme defined over a Dedekind ring.
