Travel Information
The Math Building is NOT directly on the University Campus, we are close to the U-Bahn station Berliner Platz, which is two stops from the Essen Hbf via the U-11 (direction GE-Buerer Str.), U-17 (direction Karlsplatz) or U-18 (direction Berliner Platz). Here is a map of the area around Berliner Platz, showing how to walk from there to the Math building (marked with a red A on the map). We are in the same building as Conrad Electronic, whose sign you be able to see quite easily. Note that our main entrance is on the corner of Thea-Leymann-Str. and Kurt Jooss Str., right across the street from the Holiday Inn Express. The workshop lectures are on the 3rd floor.
