Motivic Galois theory for periods and hyperplane arrangements
This talk is an introduction to the philosophy of motivic periods and their Galois theory. We will focus on mixed Tate motives and discuss families of periods such as multiple zeta values, for which we will relate the study of motivic periods to the geometry and the combinatorics of hyperplane arrangements
